Delete Your Account

You can delete your Kinora account and its associated data at any time. This page explains how, and how to request deletion if you no longer have the app installed.

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open Kinora and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and its data are permanently deleted, and the local data on your device is cleared.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (email address, display name, profile photo).
• Your memories — photos, videos, voice notes, text, tags, dates, and locations.
• Your in-app activity and preferences.

A limited amount of information may be retained for a short period where required by law or to prevent fraud and abuse.

Delete specific data (keep your account)

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data. In the app, open any memory and choose Delete to permanently remove that photo, video, voice note, or text — your account stays active. To request removal of other specific data, use the email option below.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us at kinorafamilymemories@gmail.com from the email address on your account. Say whether you want your entire account or only specific data deleted. We will verify your request and delete the data, typically within 30 days.

Hesabını Sil

Kinora hesabını ve ilişkili verilerini dilediğin zaman silebilirsin. Bu sayfa nasıl yapılacağını ve uygulaman artık yüklü değilse silme talebini nasıl ileteceğini açıklar.

Uygulamadan sil (en hızlısı)

1. Kinora'yı aç ve giriş yap.
2. Ayarlar → Hesabı sil'e git.
3. Onayla. Hesabın ve verilerin kalıcı olarak silinir, cihazındaki yerel veriler temizlenir.

Neler silinir

• Hesabın ve profilin (e-posta adresi, görünen ad, profil fotoğrafı).
• Anıların — fotoğraflar, videolar, sesli notlar, metin, etiketler, tarihler ve konumlar.
• Uygulama içi etkinliğin ve tercihlerin.

Yasal olarak gereken durumlarda veya dolandırıcılık ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için sınırlı miktarda bilgi kısa bir süre saklanabilir.

Belirli veriyi sil (hesabın kalsın)

Veri silmek için tüm hesabını silmen gerekmez. Uygulamada herhangi bir anıyı aç ve Sil'i seç; o fotoğraf, video, sesli not veya metin kalıcı olarak silinir — hesabın etkin kalır. Başka belirli verilerin silinmesini istemek için aşağıdaki e-posta seçeneğini kullan.

E-posta ile silme talebi

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan, hesabındaki e-posta adresinden kinorafamilymemories@gmail.com adresine e-posta gönder. Tüm hesabının mı yoksa yalnızca belirli verilerinin mi silinmesini istediğini belirt. Talebini doğrulayıp veriyi genelde 30 gün içinde sileriz.
